Banjo-Tooie! Yes, I know people tend to prefer the original Banjo-Kazooie over this (which I don't blame them) but this game blew my mind as a kid! The way the worlds are so big and interconnected combined with the many versatile moves the duo have in their arsenal had such an impact on me!

Brave Fencer Musashi! My dad bought this game and sent it to me in the mail when I was a little kid because he was away in South Carolina. Never really gotten past Grillin' Village as a kid but now that I'm older, I got to experience the witty writing, charming characters, and epic story in full!

Samurai Shodown! The start of a great fighting game series that I adore! I grew up on the SNES version and didn't know about SNK and the fact that there were more SamSho games until I was in 5th grade. This was my entry point to the whole fighting game genre.
