I think they’re saying the version released in theaters is the filmed stage play of HAMILTON, and because it is Disney they wanted to call out the potential for a live-action (not animated) feature version that is not a filmed play.

I had the opposite shock with her the other day when I finally sat down and watched Hitchcock's THE BIRDS where she's like 14. In my mind, she's always Lambert in ALIEN.

Yes, that’s very important too! So many people (including trans) loved the original HP but the series has become tainted now because of her transphobia.

I don’t see how the TV show will measure up, it will pale in comparison. I don’t think they’ll make it past book 3.

I think WB is making a mistake with this HP TV series. They’ll be competing with their own legacy of 8 tentpole movies that had a who’s who of British talent as part of the cast, plus three actors (Radcliffe, Watson and Grint) who are still synonymous with the lead characters. 1/

Yeah, it’s hard to compare works of art even if it is human nature to compare and rank them. They’re all trying to achieve different things and say different things. MUNICH is an underrated gem. I’d only put JAWS or E.T. higher because they were hugely popular (both sat @ #1 domestic box office)

Yeah, no way AI cracks the top 10 in my book. I’d put JAWS, RAIDERS or E.T. at #1. There are really 2 Spielberg periods to me - pre and post SCHINDLER’S LIST. He paired with his D.P. Janusz Kaminiski from SCHINDLER’s on, and his films since then seem a bit more “mature” in good and bad ways.

I think THE SHINING inspired the Red Room in TWIN PEAKS, even if only subconsciously. “Red Room” sounds an awful like “Red Rum”, which is a “Murder” backwards. Lynch’s “red room” concerns the murder of Laura Palmer and all its inhabitants talk backwards.
