You might be thinking of Don Drakulich aka Sleazy P Martini, the band's "manager" (and longtime artist, etc). He streams in character on Rumble. I don't think he was kicked out per se, but he hasn't really properly been in the band since long ago. I think he makes props for them occasionally.
