Your post seemingly disregards or ignores the part of the post that is relevant to the whole point, in that it’s highlighting Everett to Federal Way…

Pedro and Arriola aren’t gonna be ready for the start of the season. Rothrock and Georgi are definitely getting quite a few minutes in the spring between the regular season and CCC.

Could potentially see a Georgi sale in the summer window.

Assuming you could replace his production by signing someone with a similar salary (unlikely) how much value from another player would that extra 500k in GAM net the team?

This approach would give me “Peter Griffin Mystery Box” vibes.

We picked up Moose’s option and frankly it would be silly if we traded him for GAM within the league.

He’s the perfect backup that’s played well above expectations. I don’t see any problem with keeping him this year watching him rack up another dozen or so goals, and then see him go in FA.

Frankly if they had spent any part of the last 10 years being anything other than totally inept, they would be in a better spot re: rivalries and division placement.
December 17, 2025 at 10:12 PM
You wouldn’t have even divisions cause there are only 30 teams. Maybe once we get to 32 teams, though!

It’s insane that our defensive coordinator hasn’t figured out “handoff or short pass to the flats on 3rd and short”… I feel like I am taking crazy pills here in the stands.

While this is one of the more grievous act of stupidity from Dems in a while, it’s not like they are winning the stupidity Olympics like Republican are…

Thanks for the clarification. I thought more teams owned them.
December 12, 2025 at 1:39 AM
Wait wait, I thought the whole point was to own their own stadium to control the cash flows. What they are describing as their hoped-for-situation doesn’t feel that different than their current situation?

Can you explain more?

My hope is that with this MOU in place it will make it easier to sell the club to a Canadian owner since this is a not-insignificant hurdle.

The obvious answer here is to wear as much rainbow stuff as possible, regardless of if it’s a pride match or not.

Re: Vancouver, it definitely reads as “we hope Vancouver wins and spells it out to the city and province that they deserve to stay and those organizations should do what they can to keep the team there.”

I think we would need a good number of Canadian viewers to make it happen given MLS Cup is, again, on college footballs conference championship weekend. The 11:30am PST that MLS has listed as the start time is interesting. I assume that is the start of their shoulder/preview coverage.
