I’ve had a very strange and uncertain relationship with my birthday pretty much since reaching arbitrary adulthood. It’s in mid winter, which can be a rough time of year. I often don’t feel like celebrating but I might be a bit hurt if nobody else marks the day even though I don’t want attention. 🤷‍♂️
