I have to have leftover Thanksgiving turkey, so I can make Julia Child's French lasagna. Turkey, spinach, ricotta and white sauce. I do love it.

Mmmduck fat potatoes... personally, I find the " a l'orange" cut through the day and some of the richness.

I was amazed by the reception of my antenna. I won't pay for tv. The advertising is outta control but it provides plenty of time to get dinner ready or going to the washroom, or milking cows.
