You need to look into having Judges deputise citizens or qualified personnel to arrest ICE and anyone else breaking the law. Or whatever ideas you may have. Before it's too late. I believe you will be out of time around the 180-day mark.

They are winning because they know the Democrats will follow the law. While they have no plans to follow the law. They just keep you busy filling suits and waiting, while they continue implementing their plan to take over the government.

If no one is above the law, why aren't the ice agents aka proud boys being arrested for assaulting democratic congressmen? ICE is not supposed to be able to detain US Citizens. But they are detaining US senators and Representatives, along with state officials.

One day soon the democratic congress is going to show up to work and not be allowed in their offices. You keep playing by the rules while MAGA keeps breaking them. While you keep allowing them to have you assaulted by ice aka proudboys. They keep you from visiting detention centers.
