The EPA is starting to allow the use of pesticides containing PFAS on food. The move is part of an effort to roll back the regulation of PFAS — also known as "forever chemicals" because they don't break down easily in the environment.

I found myself in Sunset Valley this morning at a farmer’s market. Micro-greens, pickles, honey, & jams in jars We stepped in line for sourdough croissants filled w choc. The bakers told me they had been up since 7 the night before. Grabbed some Turkish coffee & saw a baby with most silver-blue eyes
