They are called an ABS connector and its the long version. It came with the cubes I bought (however that listing doesn't exist apparently??)
But if you type AWTATOS 8 cube storage organizer just find the listing that has those longer connector/pegs!

I think the closest thing so far is Love and Deepspace apparently there is a period tracker in that game and the characters would ask you if ur okay haha
