How does nature speak to your soul? Is it the serenity that calms you, the wild energy that inspires you, or something else entirely that resonates within you? Ponder on 'Kachou Fuugetsu', a beautiful Japanese philosophical concept that proposes self-discovery through the wonders of nature.

Inspired by the grace and elegance of shore birds, this ceramic sculpture captures the bird in a serene resting pose perched atop a ceramic plinth adorned with images of fish. This vibrantly coloured piece creates a powerful connection between species and ecosystems.

Do you like frogs and toads? This is one of my new pieces this year.

As canaries were signs of poor air quality in coal mines, frogs and toads are those canaries for our water environments. Nearly 50% of Canada’s frogs are at risk.
