Don’t know to much about specific agencies. However, I know Defense, Homeland Security and DOE are wasteful. I also feel that Medicare & Medicaid are as well. Personal experience with these last 2 have shown light on them.

I say again, Congress needs to pass legislation to limit Presidential Pardons. There need to be oversight as well as restrictions on who is eligible for a pardon. Family, business relationships & convicted felons should not be allowed pardons as a minimum!
