From exploring my Play-Doh controlled Scratch / Makey Makey Wack-a-Mole game and using a micro:bit with a Kitronik ring of LEDs to visualise volume levels in the room to being shown how music can be created through code using Sonic Pi.

This term has been all #AI at my Code Clubs, we've had children shouting commands to control fish, wearing virtual hats / scarfs and drawing apple / bananas (or toilets / wands, don't ask) to be recognised. 1/2 🧵 @codeclub.bsky.social

On these colder morning I'm interested in maximising the conservation of (my) energy 🥶 #yarrbooty 🏴‍☠️
I'm wearing a number of warm layers extra jumpers, coats, scarfs and blankets (including a Percy pig one) and duvet all in an effort to represent the scientific principle of "Conservation of Energy" with that energy being mine.

Due to being a bit busy over the next few weekends digging the Christmas tree happened a bit earlier this year. Dug with roots, in a pot for Christmas and replanted in the new year. A greener Christmas tree 🎄

It's not just Cerys who has fun in the autumn leaves, we play a game where we have to throw her fetch toy as near as possible to a giant pile of leaves. Bonus is she dives in to find it and then returns it to us for the next throw 😎

These were our two laced Poland bantams, Nutmeg and Chestnut. When the head feathers got too much they would stand facing a corner as they couldn't see what they were doing. When this happened a quick (but careful) eye feather trim was needed!
