It's nurses week. It's not my favorite thing in the world but often there's a food truck in the parking lot ehich is a win (tacos make everything better even American healthcare). The Company (who will not be named) sent us an essay on how appreciative/supportive they are of us. Here's my response.

Your hospital is staffed by members of several different unions. WSNA (RNs), SEIU - ancillary staff (techs, EVS, hospitality), and two different provider groups w/ UAPD.
They are all separately in negotiations with PeaceHealth Health.
