There's nothing like shopping for a christmas party frock to make you realise you should have laid off the crisps and the chocolate and hit the gym a couple of months ago. 🤦🏻♀️

The only positive about walking home from work in the dark is the number of houses that kindly have their lights on and curtains open allowing me to have a good gawp as I go past.

Anyone recommend a good holiday destination for a middle aged (but doesn't feel /act it) solo female traveller? Just need sun, a beach or a pool to lay by, but with interesting stuff to look at if that gets a bit boring. 🤔

I'm missing the Olympics. No more getting home from work, finding a random sport on Discovery+, seeing Snoop Dog living his best life. They were good times.
