A lot of them, if not the majority of them, were charged under state law and not federal in order to prevent him from pardoning them. That is also why he was charged under state law, so he could not pardon himself and why keeping the Gov’s house in New York in blue hands was so important.

No Teo was at third, Smith at second, and Edman at first. Teo was out at the plate via force out and Smith was out at third. Because the ball was not caught and hit the wall Max would have gotten on base. Therefore, Teo would have had to take home while everyone else moved up a base.

I guess there is not a problem at the border then if you are just gonna deploy the Texas National Guard to another state. And why do we never hear about New Mexico, Arizona, or California when it comes to the border? I live in Texas (born and raised) and know that there is no problem at the border.
