I know that’s still a lot but man it just sucks how I can’t enjoy a lunch without feeling guilty and looking at myself like I’m ugly and fat. I work really hard, I don’t sit around all day. Sorry for the rant. But it’s ok to treat yourself right?

I mean despite the comments I always get on tiktok telling me to take Ozempic or that I weigh 600, I’m not even at 300. I float around 260.
