Oh my god. If I'm reading this correctly the TSP basically does nothing at all.
It seems the TSP only allows the green to be extended by 5 seconds. I really hope I'm misreading this. But it seems to indicate the green time for the bus phase (8) is minimum 82s (normal), maximum 87s (TSP)

this is so, so infuriating.
~50 min to go 10 km; ~30 min to go 5km.
in this case, the cross street is a minor road, yet the train is still held up for a minute for left turns

I don't play Metroid games so take this with a grain of salt, but I dunno, I think $30 on top of the game you paid for to get over world music is unforgivable lmao. Completely invalidates anything good about the game. Just trash.
