A bit sloppy but my first time trying 255 lb barbell rows

You can't even see the weights so I could claim this is anything but it's 425 - feeling a bit worn down this morning after foam fighting last night and didn't want to push too hard but still wanted to keep the climb back to where I was before injuries going steady

Some sets go better than others.

And some go worse.
