Makes total sense. I struggle with fitting certain beers in American IPA when they were a ground breaking IPA on the West Coast that is too hoppy for American IPA but still has some color

We’re in a massive market correction across BevAlc. There are less of gen-z and a smaller percentage drinking as millennials are maturing and changing drinking habits ON TOP of less disposable income

You should drive out to Phoenix we generally always have our English Mild on and our flagship IPA is pretty close to an english IPA.

Apologies for the perception of me calling out your knowledge of brewing that wasn’t my intent. I was speaking more to legalities of having a brewpub license, trucking wort, ect. Ive done a lot of that at my 3 stops in the industry.

There’s almost that same thing in AZ but its fun. She hates IPAs. Its almost a litmus test to see how well your marketing is to get them to come in, try it, and post about it.
