He's deflecting. If they won't call him out on this, call him out on the deflection. "Oh, so you're more concerned about Texas' gerrymandering? Okay, so what are you going to do about it?" Repeat after every deflection until he's forced to answer or run away. We need to stop accepting non-answers.

He "thinks" it's a strongly worded letter. That's about as useful as all the times Susan Collins was 'strongly concerned'. The question is, will he actually DO anything when the Trump administration continues to ignore the letter/ the law/ the Constitution, as it has so many times already?

When I was 8, I got an adult library card for Xmas. This meant that instead of only being able to check out 3 books at a time from the children's section, I could get up to 5 books at a time from ANYWHERE in the library! And yes, I got a lot of the "You couldn't really understand that" nonsense.

That was the plot to the "Watchmen" graphic novel back in 1986. Fake an alien invasion/use the threat of Dr. Manhattan to unite the world into one gov't, that was the plan of Ozymandias. The "journalist" Serge Monast published his book in '94. It isn't the "latest", it's just retro! 😵💫
