I just visited the grave of my great uncle at the American Cemetery in Suresnes in France. I never imagined how moving it would be. In the US we lump everything into Veteran’s Day and I’m sure my more distant grandchildren know nothing of the 2 great wars and their toll.

There are few things more dangerous than dehydration. So many hospitalizations from dehydration-related accidents

2/2 plus he’s addicted to lots of walking to strengthen his heart so trying to keep him resting for a day or 2 is a struggle.

Hubs and I are in Paris. He has HBP, A-Fib, CHF. The 1st long away we’ve had since COVID. I have a kitchen for cooking salt free but he now has a touch of a cold. He took a tumble - dehydrated. Fluid retention in HF is nearly as dangerous as dehydration. 1/2

Yes. I always wondered about that one-on-one meeting Trump had with Putin in Helsinki: he looked like he was going to be physically ill when they walked out of the room, like he’d been steam rolled. I figured it was some sort of shakedown. Now, we have one of the puzzle pieces with Epstein email.
