How I feel when I remember to move the dang Elf BEFORE I fall asleep.

Guess who did walk/run intervals for 3 miles today? It was me! I have not gone running for a very long time, and it's time for me to get back into it.

Like to say I am thankful for my mother. I’d Work out of the state and when I come in to her home state of Florida… she takes care of me like nobody will, amazing regardless of how tired she might be. She’s an amazing woman. I’m thankful to God for her. #mother #greatmom #Family
