Same here - we have a cap of how much vacation we can store up (which I think is only 15 days - still insanely low). This is the very first job I've had that even allows rollover. Which, again, feels pretty bullshit.

That being said, American vacation standards are absolute bullshit. 10 days out of the year. TEN DAYS???? And you wonder why people don't want to fucking do more than they're asked for these days.
