I think the design is mostly locked in now as they push for production. Eliminating one wheel - along with the amazing aero work - drastically reduces friction and rolling resistance.
Assuming it's a success, one would hope Aptera would work their magic on a more conventional four wheel model next!

Wow, still rocking a 2 eh? That's impressive! My 3 still works but the battery and CPU were finally getting a bit weak. I really miss the "Squeeze for Assistant" feature and wish they'd bring it back.
