Today I got a Municipal Parking Ticket addressed to someone in my 325 unit building with the same surname. Accidentally opened it, realized it wasnt my car, but occurred near one of the places I work, which is a private building. Its 100% scam. They only take checks, threaten to boot/tow. We'll see

Pay attention to the "branding" on the sign....if this is a privatized contractor,someone needs to investigate this entity, it's offficers, its employees, its contracts under FOIA
