This past week God has shown me the consequences of not putting myself first. But maybe there’s beauty in regret; that’s where I tend to learn the most

Part of living an Orthodox life was saying things you didn’t feel to be true. When I left, I told myself to only write things that felt true to me.

While at first I didn’t have much to say, the more I did so the more I trusted myself & the more I found things I felt deeply. I just had to find them.
