Hey, don't worry about those failures. Yes, you can be sad and angry at first, but these failures will make you stronger.

Yes!! Even though I haven't played any PvP (too scare, lol) but I started to play the guild raids and other PvE events with them. 🥰

I was so lost about the benefits of the guilds until one of my friends explained to me how it works.
I chose a guild that is focused on PvE and being chilled but very active in raids and events. I'm not ready for PvP events, lol.
