Yea, I've noticed the current job market has the irony of hiring fresh graduates but requires experience. If it's possible for you to get an internship, I'd recommend it. I'm getting absorbed into the company that I'm interning for as a permanent worker. (Grinding my experience here for next role)

For quieter and less chatty people, I'd recommend the payroll section of HR! Recruitment requires a lot of conversing since you need to interact and interview with candidates to determine if they're what your company is looking for. Payroll is more numbers and data based though...
