As I said in my other replies documentaries is where you wanna go for historical accuracy. Or maybe another franchise. Gladiator clearly has elements that tells you it's not being historically accurate

Nah I think movies should be enjoyed as art and entertainment first. If you want fact watch a documentary. I understand the importance of art in public understanding but idk films are art first. Ideas come before fact in films. As long as the ideas they present are not misleading
