Rick Scott was CEO of HCA when it was fined $1.7 billion for overbilling Medicare. And not just in Florida. The DOJ (which then was functioning) won 14 felony counts against the company and its subsidiaries. Of course, the top dog was not personally indicted.

You got a promise of a vote on ACA. That's it. A meaningless promise, like all the ones Republicans make. Even if they show good faith and allow a vote, and even if it passes, it's DOA in the House. You caved for nothing.
