I might almost call this a fact. If I have nothing to think about but I have time to think, I will start thinking about hypothetical things that make no sense just to have an excuse to think about something. I HAVE to think about something or I will get extremely anxious.

I’ve always wondered why I have issues retaining information unless I write stuff down multiple times. I am also terrible with names and birthdays. I have to pair names with things in order to remember them and write birthdays down on a calendar. Geography has always been my weakest subject as well.
