Someone please explain how this would happen: The chart below is from NC and the presidential election. NC has 100 counties and in EVERYONE OF THEM, the Attorney General got MORE votes than V P HARRIS, even in Durham county. The blue lines are how many more the AG got over V P HARRIS.

I personally think due to VERY UN-USUALL behavior in the Harris/tump election, and tump thanking musk for winning him the election, I THINK MUSK DID SOMETHING TO AFFECT THE BALLOTS...do not know what it was but you know he has the best of computer screw-you-over folks...another unusual graph.
