I’ve been developing a new section which is assorted krautrock, dub, afrobeat, spiritual jazz, minimalism, drone and Berlin school, in chronological order but with no other genres allowed 🤷

That sounds more sane. The good thing about detailed reorganisation though is it helps you find stuff you thought you’d lost, hadn’t listened to in years etc, and a nice way to reconnect with the music you own.

I don’t really make them properly or very expertly to be honest - I just sort of excitedly bash them out - but I like the process and the results.
Other people might be more perfectionist - there’s lots of in depth tutorials online and stuff.
