Spent the day at Memorial-Hermann Heights hospital today with my MIL. Not how I wanted to spend Thanksgiving but it was great seeing Healthcare workers who were there for the family of the patients as well as the patients. Very thankful for the empathy shared today.

"Blue light on aisle 14" and the race was on. As a 10 yr old all I needed was to get there first. Never purchased anything. Life was simple.

The last time I was in Portland, it was chaos! They charged $7.50 for a beer! Highway robbery. Although, it was kind of tasty. Very balanced hops and malt, dry but not too dry... damn, never mind. Cheers PNW!
