This poor baby was dumped and covered in ticks and fleas. Truly makes me angry. We got him. He will be ok.

Poor kitty. Dumped. I seriously detest people who dump animals. Just because we are a rescue doesn't mean you should dump animals here. We will give her the help she needs.
