Couple of things stand out. "Dear," is odd, there is no credit card number. And I'm 95% sure that PayPal Deluxe Security" doesn't exist. And finally "Sending Light"? With AI a lot of phishing attacks use proper language and grammar, but here it seems they didn't bother to check. And no email receipt
