I respectfully disagree. Once a wealthy person has a boatload of money, they look to other things to accumulate. Billionaires compete with other billionaires. They collect things that other billionaires don't have. Power is one of those things.

Exactly, and first you have to help them win, then push them forward. This is how progress has always happened. Women's rights, civil rights, gay rights, environmental protection etc...ALL came about through the efforts of Democrats- certainly not Republicans.

They are probably as depressed as the rest of us, but know it’s not an excuse to get flabby and frumpy.

What i know is there is a huge number of people who aren't out there every protest, but are so full of anger the GOP has no idea how pissed we are. The 2026 election cycle all these enraged voters are going to show up, not just to vote but to call, ring doorbells, and give $$$ to Dem efforts.

Working on excel spreadsheets totally calms me. It’s therapy. I have Art Brain, so something as straightforward as spreadsheets is an oasis. It’s like math- when you get right, YOU’RE DONE! Not so with art, the brain is always like…you could improve that you know, just a little more, a little more.
