Yesterday I made picadillo. Today, gluten free empanada dough filled w/picadillo. Lots of work! The little ones are cream cheese w/olives or jalapeño; ran out of beef filling. The worst is the frying; always afraid I'll burn down the house or set off smoke alarms. Neither happened. SO DELICIOUS.
