The one thing vtubers should keep in mind is that if you are already doing things in private worlds by yourself or with other verified creators in VRC you have nothing to worry about with this policy. Fansly has a good grasp on how VRC works and I do not imagine you will run into any issues.

I'd like to say it doesn't happen but honestly you would be shocked to see the kind of content that gets posted now adays, it is why most of these policies were put in place (I have a bit write-up I'll probably post on my page explaining most of the polices in depth).

I can promise you that is 100% okay! Nothing about that breaks their TOS policies even with the way they have worded their new policy on public play. The one nice part about Fansly compared to other platforms is they understand the core concept of how VRC works so I don't see you having any issues.

I have been modding for a fansly creator for a little over 4 months now and 95% of my time is spent checking if content is TOS complient. If I'm honest other than AI Content and Anthro content most of this stuff has been loosely against tos in some way they are just putting it in more words now.

Fansly TOS section 2Di: you maintain written releases from any person depicted in your User Content confirming that such person consented to the recording and publication of such content on Fansly
Fansly staff has clarified a few times this specifically applies to both IRL and digital content.

Public stuff in VRChat has always been a big no on fansly they have just been very relaxed on enforcing it. Acording to TOS if you are in public worlds on VRChat then everyone in the instance that you interact with needs to be a creator or you need to send in consent forms for everyone (1/2)
