my favorite so far is an agent that was investigating an anti-castro group for multiple bombings in the 80s saying "Look, I hate communists as much as you guys..." you hate communists enough to set off multiple bombs in new york?

they're trying to say "v-fib flareup" like that's a thing. short version, V-fib doesn't flare up. it happens and requires pretty rapid intervention. by which I mean about 200j of intervention.
