Pls stop the data centers. It’s ridiculous that so many are here. Merrifield Garden Ctr was sold for one and I’ve heard rumors JL Live may sell too. It’s too much. And no way the “all new car sales by 2035 must be electric” makes sense for VA. The electric grid won’t be able to handle the load!🤦🏻♀️

As a point of clarification to my suggestion above: customers shouldn’t be forced to consent to make a purchase. Checking “decline consent” wouldn’t forego making a purchase. There should be no implied consent for viewing, searching for, using. And no required consent for purchasing. Thx 4 all U do!

I hope the revisions she talked about for next session include intentional consent like having to check a box and not passive consent by the act of “viewing, searching for, using, or purchasing”. I like the law, it just needs clarification. Walmart’s interpretation makes consent unavoidable.

I like the law. Walmart forces your consent just by viewing products when they should have a box to check on the payment page where customers can give or not give consent. The way Walmart is going about it, is to make it impossible to even view affected items if you don’t want to give consent. 🧐

Out of all the dangerous people in power in the U.S. currently, I think RFK Jr. is the most dangerous because of his deranged and debunked disease beliefs and his lack of expertise to do the job he’s been appointed to do. His ideas are sickening, literally and figuratively!
