I know it doesn’t to some. I truly get that. I’ll be preparing for a large family gathering, and so will many others. I’m just one person, I know, but I don’t think I’m alone in this.

I agree. And with respect to those that don’t observe Easter, don’t judge those of us that do.

Same here. Police went by a couple of times and the crowd waved and cheered at them. Most drivers were honking and waving in support.

I think one could infer that. It’s very common for hospitals to ask sick visitors to stay home.

I’ve worked in a hospital for years, and while I absolutely agree that our healthcare system is abysmal, please understand that this refers to visitors. It’s to protect the patients.

That’s what I tell people. In 2016 I had a faint early hope that he might realize he was the present of the USA and not just of his fans. It didn’t take long to see that it was never going to happen.

My sister in Sierra Madre is lucky her house is still standing-it’s just a little scorched. A neighbor saw flying embers on her Ring cam and called the fire department. So very sorry for all who have lost so much.

You need to keep moving if you can. I certainly spend time watching TV and reading but I also bicycle, go to the gym, and help my kids with household projects. Strip wallpaper, paint, refinish furniture? I’m ready to go!

Not for me. The family ate all my pie. No pumpkin, no apple, no pecan left. I’m very sad. I’m seriously thinking about making a pie this weekend.

We don’t hope for something that would make him a martyr to his followers. Instead we hope for something natural. Like one entire side of his body to go numb.

I told a couple of 20-something women this and they were shocked to hear it. Changing employers during a pregnancy included confirming that you would be covered. Been there.
