I’m late to the party, but this article highlights a really important need. Maritime issues aren’t the niche they used to be. They’re informing mainstream conversations, and literacy matters. (We could add freedom of navigation to the article’s themes, given recent 🇦🇺 reactions to PLA vessels.)
