Right. I know weeks where I meal plan I save at least $25-$30 from the grocery store alone. Even more when it cuts out the unplanned meals out.

Embrace Red Beans and Rice. Keep your heater down low and embrace sweaters and socks. Look into food pantries (everyone needs help sometimes).

My migraine attacks aren’t always incapacitatingly painful but it’s all the other stuff that knocks me back.

I learned from my neuro (who also has migraine attacks) that we don’t tend to ever have just headaches. If it throbs it’s a migraine. Maybe not a severe one but it is still a neurological event. I’m in the process of researching this for an article.

That’s not a headache that is a migraine and critical thinking goes offline during an attack.
