Personally it’s less about the waist swivel. It’s to do with the fact that they could have used the opportunity to innovate the seeker design in a great way, but instead, they reused the Classics base design and gave it a bit more articulation.

I never liked the Earthrise design, it was lazy and uninspired. It was the equivalent of a KO company oversizing the Classics figure and making some tweaks.
