Left of centre. Well left.
For all his faults, at least the manager has seen through Scales pretty early

The team still looks pretty poor, though, and the bench - jeezo

It's beyond me how people can't see this for what it is, nothing more than a publicity stunt to try to prolong the existence of an increasingly irrelevant and unpopular monarchy

When Willie is back in his castle with his servants, he gives not one shiny shite about homeless or hungry people

Confirmation, if it were needed,(which it shouldn't be) that the 'labour' party has given up the pretence that they are any longer a left of centre party

Red Tories with aspirations to be Red Reformers.

I agree that hes getting less of a tune than MON but some of his wins were pretty poor. Even if MON returned I doubt he'd be able to mount a challenge without 5 or 6 good signings, and I very much doubt that'd happen

And he can't even rely on Tierney, probably the best defender, to play 90 minutes. Jeez.
December 17, 2025 at 9:33 PM
He doesn't have the players to turn it round. The entire defence looks petrified when the ball goes in the box. He has zero centre forwards. I have zero confidence that they will sign the players he needs.
He needs to go but a new manager won't fix this on their own

😄

He should, but not for this. This incident happened in North Lanarkshire so it is the responsibility of the Scottish government.

Doesn't really matter who it is as they will be required to be a Desmond puppet. We will not see meaningful change until Desmond and his wee boy leave the club.

And he left with a snide parting shot, implying that everyone was abusive to him, not just a handful of morons, and making no acknowledgement that he has been useless in the role
December 17, 2025 at 4:52 PM
I suspect he's already lost it.

I had serious doubts from the outset when he spoke about 'process' and claiming this was his focus, not results.

Seems like a nice man but wrong guy at the wrong time.
December 16, 2025 at 2:09 PM
And yet millions still support him. American, your country is fucked.
December 15, 2025 at 9:52 PM
There's certainly lots of competition
December 15, 2025 at 8:51 PM
I'll be as emotional when he snuffs it as I was when Thatcher popped her clogs.

He has caused untold damage but the world will be a slightly better place when he is no longer here
December 15, 2025 at 8:49 PM
Starmer is toast. His insistence on trying to out-Reform Farage, and failure to ensure the rich (his backers) pay their fair share has lost voters forever. Good riddance to him and what is left of the 'labour' party
December 15, 2025 at 7:23 PM
He is mentally deranged. Added to the fact that he is an unfeeling arsehole, it adds to to being a despicable c.

Still, I bet there are many millions who'd still vote for him. One of the numerous reasons why I wouldnt visit that moral backwater of a country
