Pretty early in my showgoing career I saw a couple middle age dudes miracle a couple young women on lot in Portsmouth, VA. They fanned out a stack of tickets that had to be dozens(!) deep and let them each pick one. I've still never seen anything cooler on lot.

My gear bag. Jenie got me the Cassidy pin (a wolf sleeping by a silver stream) and Phil's 60th button came from one of my best friend's father. Phil hitched a ride to SF to place Eddie's ashes into the Bay. My homie has also passed on now, this is a small part of how I keep his memory alive.

I voted for Harris, but people who did not have many reasons for having not. Being not only vocally pro-genocide in Palestine but literally arming and funding the Israeli regime as part of the Biden admin and promising to continue doing so being the primary factor with which I'm familiar.

The situation we find ourselves in is clearly fucked, but I don't blame anyone other than the Republicans first and foremost and second to them the Democrats for not giving enough of a shit to actually run a candidate people like and would vote for. The two-party system itself bears the blame here.

Bar seating has the house PA and a TV streaming the performance but it just wasn't what I wanted in the moment. Plus it was the 8:30p engagement on Sunday.
