Really appreciate the insight. We’re also in the north so it’ll be Arquiva again. I’m on with Octopus at the moment, hopefully they can reach some positive outcome!

Sorry for the hijack, would you mind sharing your method for resolving the DCC issue? We’re having issues with smart meters disconnecting, leaving big gaps in our time-of-use tariffs. How’d you squeeze ‘em?
