Seems like the oil companies have promised or committed money for the ballroom (tit) for some business incentives (tat). Because every time oil is the topic…his mind drifts to the ballroom.

I’m sorry to hear that. I know this pain—I was RIFed this year, my husband hasn’t been paid in a month+…and kids start college next year. I’ll take the hits needed to get ACA credits extended. But want to take the most strategic path that will end with a win. Dems r def losing the vibes game now.

Strategically, now everyone knows that when healthcare costs rise, it’s Republicans’ fault. In Dec, there’ll be a vote on ACA—and Republicans will own the increases again. And in Jan, when people see costs spike and the budget’s up for vote, Dems shut it down again with even more leverage.

How did Tyler know that the first guy the fbi grabbed was an old dude and the second guy they grabbed was dressed like him. I was tracking all of this in real time and didn’t hear that the first guy was old and the second dressed liked Tyler. And I wasn’t worrying about covering up a heinous crime.

Great episode! You said World Central Kitchen does more than USAID in food distribution. Love WCK, they’re nimble. To clarify—USAID reaches 77 million people with food annually. WCK serves 100 million meals or 3-4 million people. Both critical, but USAID is the largest global food donor, by far.
