In relation to WWII figures, I'd absolutely love to see Erwin Rommel make an appearance someday as he was originally planned at one point before being scrapped, him against Solid Snake would be fun as they're both animal-nicknamed war soldiers that were betrayed by those they served

Yeah, I agree with both of your comments, Rembrandt rounding it off would essentially be coming full circle with him objectively being the biggest Dutch Golden Age painter besides Van Gogh who begins it

This is looking to be as brutal as McMahon tearing his quads, and the match-up was definitely a long time coming so it's nice seeing it come to full fruition

They're both malignant narcissistic executioners with god complexes who rid society of criminals, it's been pretty lengthy since we've had another anime character in general (Last being Ash which was eight years ago) It's genuinely a solid historical vs fictional match-up and I'm all for it

Yeah, they're the biggest media creators who brought their respective medium to mainstream appeal, in addition to that, they've turned the anime and video game industry to what it is today, especially worldwide outside their native japan to appeal to any audiences
